  Trying to show me in Spanish that the rules say to return gear you must have the original credit card. It doesn't on there policy in the store or in the receipt.

  I bought a fridge back in January from this address.On the the 8th of this month I rang to say it was not working it would freeze or it would defrost and I would have water all over the floor.also having to throw food away.They gave me a reference no, nothing so I went to the shop on 16th and they told me they would mark it as urgent.Nothing so went back on the 19th only to be told I have two weeks left.When I asked what they ment they said if they do not come in the next two weeks they will replace my fridge with a new one.This is not exceptable I want it sorted now .This will be the last time I will purchase any thing from Worten

  I bought a Fridge freezer last November and it has never worked properly since I turned it on last week. i have tried several times to get an engineer to come and fix it but as of to days date no luck. may i suggest to anyone thinking of buying any electrical equipment from Worten that you think again.
