    Estuvimos en Fuengirola con la mala suerte que nuestro perro se puso enfermo, por las buenas opiniones lo llevamos a Urvet. La verdad que todo el personal muy profesional y recibimos un trato excelente, nuestro perro se recuperó y nosotros muy contentos con la atención recibida. Lo recomiendo 100%

    Excelente trato no hace más de tres días llame a la clínica porque mi perro tuvo una reacción alérgica, lo lleve y lo atendieron muy muy bien en 5 minutos el hinchazón de los ojos y del ocico habían desaparecido y además trato a mi perro como si fuese suyo es una clínica excelente la recomiendo 100% porque está lleno de profesionales. En todo momento te atienden y te ayudan en todo lo que pueden. Gracias.

    The 3rd day i went back to find a nurse There who informed me that he was doing much better...Eating on his own, walking more etc etc but before i could take him out they told me to come back at 8pm when the vet had returned so he could dischsrge the dog, when i returned later that evening to collect the dog feeling releved that they said he was doing better the vet i met There changed the Mood very Quickly AS he started to tell me the dog needed to stay but couldnt tell me a reason why or tell me anything about his condition or treatment he was being given, at one point he started to tell me that Maybe he will Get better Maybe he wont and in s couple of days if he is still crying we should think about putting the dog to sleep, i sat in the waiting room to think about what to do but i know My dog and could see he just wanted to come Home AS he looked alot better but just sounded fed up and depressed.

    I own a chihuahua that suffered a head trauma at Home, i took him to urvet fuengirola when he was very sick and suffering..My dog was There for 3 days in total, during the 3 days when i called to Ask how My dog was i wasnt given ANY relevant information about his condition or what the actual injury was that he sustained other than...." He Is very very sick"

    URVET NO ES UN SERVICIO DE URGENCIAS Y MENOS DE EMERGENCIAS. Publicidad engañosa en su página web. NO HAY VETERINARIO DE PRESENCIA DESDE LA 8:00 am HASTA LAS 20:00 pm. Si llevas a tu perro por una urgencia vital o no en este horario no hay veterinario, en su lugar una auxiliar de veterinaria te lo valora y llama por teléfono al veterinario que estima oportuno si se presencia allí o no ( en mi caso lleve a mi perra por una reacción alérgica y estimó que no tenía que ir...valoración vía telefónica...sin comentarios). Malos profesionales según mi experiencia personal y el dueño de la clínica con un trato lamentable y chulesco, sin reconocer el error. No se la recomiendo a nadie que tenga cariño por sus animales. Antes creo que era la única en fuengirola y no tenía competencia pero ahora si la tiene así que aconsejo a los clientes que busquen alternativas que las hay y mucho mejores, tanto en trato con los animales como en cuestión de precios.

    Tuesday 5 pm I called as my puppy of 11 months I do not know what happens to him, but convulcing and lost the balance. I call my vet and I had no vet in the afternoon so I go to Urvet ... I have gone other times and I have been well taken care of, but the last time was ( luckily ) a year and a half ago. I call, from the car, explaining the situation and tells me to bring it that he could not tell me anything without seeing it ... but in tears l had explained the situation. When I arrived I had to knock on the door and ring the bell ... when I had called him 5 'before and told him that l was going with the dog convulsing. It makes me go to a room that did not even have the light on. I think that if you call with an emergency (for a place called EMERGENCIES) the normal thing is that they are waiting for you ... as it have happened to me in my veterinarian other times that I have come running and I had 4 people waiting for me and everyone running for the emergency. A. listened to the dogs hart and told me that he was dead. At that moment his cell phone rings and he goes out to take care of it ... as he did not come back, he continued talking x mobile, I picked up my dog ​​and I went to the door (with my dead dog in my arms) and I told to A. that at least he would have finished with me before he got the call. At that moment A. tells the speaker that he is calling her in 15 '. And the man says, "Your dog was already dead. Why am I not going to take the call?" For this I had not even asked the name or anything. I said that just for respect he had to end with me and the call could be answered by the lady who was there. And there he answers me "if you do not like it, you can go somewhere else". I was speechless to these answers and this treatment totally insensitive of a person who deals with animals and more than a veterinarian, supposedly professional. Obviously I went with my dead dog in arms to another place(to the competition) where they treated me with respect, fast and with heart. My dog ​​is finally dead, but I do not know if I had gone to BlueCare at first he would have lived or not. But nobody deserves the mistreatment, the bad education and what was worse the INSENSIBILITY in a moment like this. Mr A. do not have anything from professional, from veterinarian less and as a person a SHAME and horrible one.

    In the end we decided to take him Home to be with us and IT was a hard night but knew IT was that he was depressed and felt lonely, cutting a long story short we took the dog for a 2nd opinion and immediatley the vet told us he was blind in 1 eye and has suffered some nerve damage on his left side which impairs the way he walks and turns his head....so 3 days at urvet and they cant tell me ANYTHING that we didnt know when he was taken in! 1hr with another vet and he gave us Answers and the correct medication for his condition and recovey
