  Firstly, the early breakfast and the picnics have almost nothing in them, and if one relies on them for their trips they'd be forced to just eat bread with a few tiny tins of pâté. Please at least make some sandwiches for the picnic and provide scrambled eggs for the early breakfast, that is very basic and would be enough to satisfy most guests.

  Have a great week here end of august 2017. Myself wife and 9 yr old daughter. Would highly recommend. Great food great kids club. Nice and central to buses and train.

  The restaurant food is great - with a good selection of traditional Spanish dishes, and the rooms are nice and clean. However, I have a few complaints.

  Great location - not right in the centre but with all the amenities. Rooms are a little dated, the walls in rooms very thin (you can hear your snoring neighbors very well). Service mainly good with some great individuals.

  Supermarket next to that and just a few mins walk to train platform and get return tickets for resorts all up the coast for next to nothing.

  Second, the customer service is far from perfect. When we first arrived into our room, we noticed that we couldn't close the bathroom door at all. We complained and they sorted it out the next morning, but they really should have checked the room for any faults before we arrived. We arrived at 9pm so they had had the whole day to fix the door! Also we had a few instances of one of our cards or towels being nicked by the sanitary staff for no reason, and as we needed all three cards and towels, we had to go to the reception to ask for replacements every time. If it wasn't for these problems, I would have given the hotel a 5-star rating.

  I wouldn't call it a 4 star hotel, but it's clean, basic, friendly and is in a fantastic position just off the beach, taxi rank out front and bus stop out back. Close enough to be in the middle of fuengirola in under 5 minutes by taxi or bus, but far enough out not to be in the noise of the town centre. If you want real quiet, go a little further out to Carvajal... You'll be glad you did!
