  So called 4 STAR not more like 3 not disabled friendly no disabled facilities in fact o not cater for disabled people. Some staff are rude especially reception staff where I had a problem with Wi-Fi in room told I would get a refund then basically called me a liar and refused. Then staff snatched ticket from my hand and threw 10 euros at me . This seems to be a Spanish thing . Plug sockets hanging off wall in room didn't realise until went to plug charger in got an electric shock staff not interested no accident book nothing.

  Newly refurbished room. Absolutely no shelves or drawers. Having to live out of suitcases. Air con not good and no waste bin. 5 coat hangers in the wardrobe. Not nearly enough.

  Great price, super location right on the front. Lovely bar and comfortable reception with plenty of sofas to relax, happy hour is a must, the Sangria isn't watered down like most bars! Reasonable good size rooms (currently being refurbished) we stayed for 5 weeks and had a relaxing stay.

  This hotel has a great location close to beach, restaurants bars and cafes. Lots of lovely shops to wander around too.

  Poor service, seemed like the staff hated us and the room was horrible the air con frequently dripped and stopped ubruptly. The breakfast was disgusting everything was rubbery like it had been frozen for week. This is horrible and not what I expected from a 4 star hotel I would strong advise anyone to give this hotel a wide berth
