  Worst hotel experience ever! We had a dirty, noisy, and old room at 3rd floor. We complained about cleanliness and having cockroaches in the bathroom but they denied to do something. At 3 am we woke up with loud radio playing music from other room, they couldn't get into other room. Finally we changed to another room at 4 am in 8th floor.

  Really good.....Very friendly and helpful staff, the food was great with a good selection of Spanish dishes as well as more "english" type food aka chips etc. The rooms were of good size and clean and bedding changed everyday. No tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms. Rooftop pools - one paddling pool and a larger pool with a bar next to it. Parts of the hotel were very 4star ie. the downstairs bar with piano. I think that at the moment it is more of a really good 3 star but I believe they are investing money to bring the rest of the hotel up to 4 star. Either way we spent a week in the hotel in late October and had a great time . The children loved it and all the staff made us feel welcome. It's next to the beach and main road so easy to get to all the shops, bars etc. Great views from the balconies in the rooms. We'll be back next year!

  Stayed in private apt booked through Owners Direct. Lovely apt. On south side of building so gets sun from 12.00 until 19.00 hrs. No complaints at all. South side is best as it's out of earshot from bars and clubs near the east side.

  A really lovely hotel, like most Spanish hotels it's being done up. Working on some of the bedrooms now. Food was good especially lunch, fresh crunchy salads and good meats, my only complaint is breakfast juice, machine needs recalibration as is far too sweet and the coffee machine, coffee is cold and terrible, the "Tren" bar serves lovely Coffee and Cake.

  A large hotel with tidy rooms and in central location. The first room I got was a bit noisy, but the reception was really friendly and helpful and gave me another more quiet room.
