  Only been outside on the square. At Christmas time they have had a beautiful set of the city of Bethlehem etc.

  We were there in the Easter week and we just had a fantastic time. The employees are very friendly (especially Paula at the reception) and our room was perfect. I know what I'm talking about because in my professional career I was a hotel manager. Very recommendable.

  My husband and I stopped at the restaurant of this hotel, to have lunch. The service was terrible and when I ordered a glass of wine, the waiter brought an almost finished bottle, drained the bottle into my glass (about 2 ounces) and left. I raised my eyebrows at my husband but we didn’t complain. My husband ordered a bottle of water that came with a glass. We waited for 20 minutes to be asked for our order but then my husband noticed his glass had lipstick along the rim. We were sitting in full sun and the lipstick wasn’t apparent until he drank from that side of the glass and noticed. That’s it, we were done. We asked for our bill and we showed the waiter the glass. The waiter seemed annoyed and left the glass on the table, brought the bill (we were charged for the water and wine) and when my husband said how incredulous he was about the dirty glass and poor service at a 4 star hotel, the waiter began fighting with my husband (my husband is Spanish). The waiter became aggressive and followed us into the courtyard yelling. My husband took photos to post online and told the waiter we would be doing so. The waiter then threatened my husband saying he would find him one day and get even. It was bizarre. We kept walking and the waiter stopped following us. We live here and have NEVER experienced anything like this. And at a “four star” hotel no less. Very disappointing. I would be concerned if you choose to stay at this hotel, for this type of lack in cleanliness and attitude toward customers is never a one-time event. It speaks loudly to the level of care and consideration they extend to their guests. Such a disturbing reaction from the waiter.

  Went for lunch... The service started out very slow and the waiter was having problems with the customers at the table next to us... Finally after a long while they take our drink order and bring us a bottle of water with a glass and a glass of wine for my wife... Then I noticed my glass was not clean... It had smudges and lipstick on it... When I brought that up to the waiter, he left the dirty glass on the table and offered to bring me another bottle of water... "Gross" At this point I just asked for the bill... They never said sorry...After paying I told the waiter the service was horrible... That is when he became verbally abusive... Will never ever go back to this place... Disgusting...
